Talking Playoffs

Toughest draw right out of the gate!

Warren Central @ Carmel

Warren Central (4-5) seems to be snake bitten this season drawing MIC rival Carmel in the 1st round. You can say this season was a huge disappointment for the Warriors losing as many games this season than the last 3 years combined. Just a few weeks ago the Warriors lost a close one 10-7
to the Greyhounds at Lucas Oil Stadium, but don't count them out because they do have a tradition of winning and at this time of year it will take some luck and some great defense something the Warriors definitely have led by senior linebacker Tim Kimbrough Jr.. Speaking of history since 2003 the Warriors have won 5 State Championships and Carmel 2.

Carmel's Coach Kevin Wright was he Head Coach of the Warriors for 3 of the 5 State titles and earned another last season with the Greyhounds. 5A #1 for the majority of the year the Greyhounds have a very stingy defense only giving up 7.56 points per game which poses a problem for the Warrior 2012 anemic offense.

Look for this game to be a defensive battle with Carmel winning a close one at home 8-7.
